Chris Hoffman
[email protected]

Chris brings over 30 years of leadership experience from the corporate world, having served in management at a Fortune 500 company. But it’s his personal journey—through the pain of alcoholism, anxiety, and depression—that has truly shaped his calling.
After finding healing through the love of God and the support of a caring community, Chris discovered a deep passion for walking alongside other men who are struggling. Today, he dedicates his life to helping men restore what matters most: relationships at home, at work, and within themselves.
Chris specializes in supporting men in the early stages of recovery from addiction and emotional struggles. Drawing from his own story, years of group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching, he offers a practical, heart-centered approach to sobriety and emotional wholeness. His work is grounded in Voice of the Heart and other emotional integration tools that help men reconnect with who they truly are.
Whether in group settings or private sessions, Chris creates a safe, honest, and supportive space—one where men feel seen, heard, and empowered to rebuild trust, repair relationships, and rediscover purpose.
Outside of his work, Chris is most at home in the outdoors. He enjoys surfing sunny beaches, fishing the Kenai River, or heading into the woods to hunt or camp. He lives in Alaska with his wife, Christy, and together they cherish time with their three grown children and a growing tribe of grandchildren.
